This was a fun axe throwing activity + bar BUT our ‘coach’ made us extremely uncomfortable. The atmosphere and the axe throwing was so much fun and the bartenders were so nice. I would love to come here again if it wasn’t for the instructor we had. I forgot his name, but I remember that he was from Bangladesh. He talked us through the beginning on how to throw, a maximum of 5 mins of teaching and he was gone. We didn’t even know that we were supposed to have an instructor or coach. My party and I were having a blast for 50 minutes of our hour reservation when the instructor suddenly becomes really chatty to us in an uncomfortable way to women. He started asking really personal questions and we felt unsafe as women talking to him. At one point he clarified that he wasn’t asking for our numbers but for our tips which got us confused. He then started guilting us to give him tips which we did as we felt like we had no choice at that moment. We left the establishment shaken and confused on what happened. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else which is why I made this review. Stay safe everyone.

Julia was absolutely amazing! She was very nice, patient, and extremely informative. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made learning how to throw axes feel easy and fun. Thanks to her guidance, I truly felt like an expert by the end. Highly recommend Julia!

Went here for my birthday. The vibe is very chill, as were the staff. The food was ok (the fries were the best part). We had a great time, didn’t feel rushed at all. I really liked that there were projection games to play rather than only a regular bullseye. Our coach Julie :) was great. When you go, remember to tip your coach.

Excellent venue for small gatherings and large outings for a team. Everyone of the staff and the managers were super congenial and accommodating. We had fun and just wished more of our friends showed up. #LocalGem #theresthatfoodie #AVTplays
