I’m so glad I called Mentor Mechanical. I had a toilet clog late at night, and I was genuinely impressed that Tom followed up with me the very next morning to see if the issue was resolved. Tom, the office manager, is incredibly understanding; he listened patiently to my concerns, gave me solid advice and a very fair price without being pushy at all. He really means it when he says he will take care of your plumbing issues. After we spoke, Mikey arrived in just 45 minutes. He was able to clear the clog and even identified that the spud and toilet pipe was rusting and on its last legs, so he made sure to get it properly replaced right then and there. Even though the job took longer than expected and ended up being more than unclogging the toilet, Tom did not upcharge me and honored the price we initially discussed. It’s clear this team takes pride in their work and values their customers. I’m thankful for the quick response and the peace of mind knowing the job was handled. I would definitely call them again.
