I have been to many concerts at the Oakland Metro Opera house. For the most part laid back setting. I will get lucky and see a lot of concerts on a Monday od Tuesday (my days off). I have never seen a fight their. I haven't tried the food,a lot of good restaurants and bars are within blocks of the metro. Jack London square is close if you get their early. Overall I have never had a bad time.

What an awesome place - wasn't sure what to expect from the name, but it's just the kind if warehouse I'm super into. Hear they've got lots of metal shows, and Hoodslam happens hear in the regular.

Bathroom flooded when I went. Dirty but works well for metal shows. Bars are easily accessible if you want to drink, I didn't. Great show distracted me from the warehous feel.

First time here, great venue! Two bars, two stages. Clean restrooms, that in itself is worth 4 stars, hello! Friendly staff from the security at the door to the ticket booth, bartenders, and merchandise sellers. All around great night.
