I hired Oakland Rooter & Plumbing after speaking to several plumbing companies. I was frustrated with no shows, differing opinions and estimates. Jose Moreno came out and walked me through different options for a big repipe project that needed urgent attention. He explained things so well, was patient to make sure I understood the options and costs he presented. He expedited the work, was very thorough, kept me well informed and was reasonable in pricing. After having worked with many contractors, I really appreciate having trustworthy trades that keep their word and have a passion for quality work and happy customers. As far as I'm concerned there is only one Plumbing company that I will call from now on and that's saying a lot.

I called Oakland rooter on a Thursday and they had someone to my house Friday morning (it was not a plumbing emergency). Eddie was on time, courteous, and fixed our leaking sink within 30 minutes.
