Good people watching spot in the heart of ocean beach. Menu lists no prices. Expensive. This tiny mocha was $8.50. Plus tip. Geez. Good vibe overall, mellow.

First sip, of the Diego Guarda, a Costa Rica whole bean which is lightly roasted from the cafe's brand, (OB SUR Coffee Roasters), I sensed a pure balance silk finish. It is a light roast coffee with an AWESOME FULL BODY! It surprised me! I am only partial to medium-dark roast coffee beans. The notes stood out, especially the kumquat. The Granny Smith second note, represented itself as an awesome aftertaste. It was just perfect! This note had the right amount of tartness to let you know its presence, without it being overwhelming! The fruits from this coffee bean, are owed to the main roaster, Eric Garcia. I got to talk to him. He was so delightful, he did not mind giving me the skinny on the roasting process. He allowed me to try Costa Rica's, Diego, as a brew. I ended up buying the Diego, and two more bags of his whole bean coffees. What I love about this Cafe, it was welcoming, the staff is very friendly and you feel right at home. They roast their beans on premises. If you're ever in San Diego, please visit OB Beans Coffee Roasters. You will meet others who share the same passion for excellence when it comes to coffee! Hey Eric, see you in a couple of months. Got just want i wanted. perfect latte execution (imo haha) and in house syrups were a nice surprise. I notice the high quality. My friend also said the iced matcha latte was a hit. Friendly staff and quick service. Great coffee spot overall.

Reilly makes excellent espresso and provides super attentive, top-notch customer service. A special thanks to her. The coffee is great — there’s a clear understanding of the product, solid technique, and pleasant service. There isn’t much space to sit, as it’s full of people with laptops. But as an option to pop in and enjoy a quality coffee with friendly service — especially to go — it’s just perfect. So if you find yourself in the area, I definitely recommend it.

Came here to catch up on some work. Great WiFi. Good coffee. Chia seed pudding was made with a house-made strawberry compote. The fun drinks like the bikini bottom had options for matcha or espresso. Waffle was good but a bit too sweet for me.
