I rarely leave reviews but I've been very happy with the care I've had at Ocean Beach. This is my fourth PT experience, and definitely the best. Sam has really worked with me, explaining what benefits I should be receiving from the work and making sure that i'm doing it correctly. And massaging my muscles when my body won't cooperate.

I'm glad I made the decision to come here! I had been suffering from severe pain in my legs and feet which was caused by nerve compression in my back from a herniated disk and I'm happy to say that after a month of seeing Kristin here at OBPT I am 95% better without needing any injections or any pain medication at all. I was going to UCSF PT previously and they helped to a degree but I hit a plateau and never got better enough to resume my previous activities. Thanks to Kristin now I can. The facility was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and street parking was always available close by each time I came.

I m really enjoying every aspect of receiving PT here at Ocean Beach Therapy. Very professional, friendly, well lit and designed facility, the bathroom is extremely clean, and most importantly the care and expertise i am experiencing is excellent… Would I recommend Ocean Therapy? Absolutely 👍🏾

Large space to work and stretch; Megan helped with my injured shoulder and upper arm (tendinosis of the supraspinatus with small tear) with different exercises, with local massages that brought back mobility and range of motion for my arm and shoulder area. Great experience!
