Excellent gym. Classes are small to where they feel semi-private. Staff is very knowledgeable, always willing to work with you whether by modifying workouts or help you achieve fitness goals. Recommend to all those like me that are clueless on what exercises to do at a gym and need that exercise push.

I love the one on one training program suited just to my needs. Dani and Mateo have done a fabulous job finding alternate exercises to protect my back while still giving the same muscles a workout.
