There’s a lady that tried to charge me 80 cents for one page front and back. And that she doesn’t laminate!! How can another employee do it for me and not her. When did Office Depot change their policy with this employee. If she doesn’t know how to then she shouldn’t be working there. Incompetent and horrible customer service.

The customer service is subpar with staff that can definitely use some motivation & a bit more customer service training, especially the young lady at the cashiers desk during the morning shift who seemed like she disliked being there. The store itself has a lot of old school office tech that seems out of place in 2025 in my opinion. If it was up to me, I’d prefer online shopping as they sometimes feel to have better deals & more options, but if you are in a hurry, this place will do for basic office supplies.

Highly disappointed with the staff and manager at this location today. Placed an order for a banner for graduating seniors to be picked up. I arrive after the time it was to be ready and they never worked on my order. Manager Caesar just said sorry we are always super busy so it didn’t get done but could do it for me by tomorrow after 5! I told him if they would have just called and stated they wouldn’t complete it today I could have transferred it to another store to be done. Very poor customer communication and service all around.
