They're short-staffed in the print and copy area; there's only one person working, and the line is enormous. You have to wait over an hour to get help printing because the self-service machines don't accept all files.

This place always takes for ever to do anything. I went in just to ship a small item. The lady that was working a very show heavy set woman that moved as slow as a sloth between each customer she would lean on the counter as if she was exhausted. When I first stepped in the like there was 3 people ahead of me. I waited in line for 25 minutes before it was my turn. When I was finally helped she was nice and I did In put all my information as she asked. Then she answered another customers question in between helping me. Then stayed answering the elderly lady’s 10+ questions before coming back to finish ringing me up. I was there a total 35-40 minutes for no reason. I work in customer service and would not have people waiting that long for a simple thing.

Brought a computer that was 865.00 touch screen the computer had issues so I decided to return it with in the 14 day return policy and the manger and team leads told me that i couldn't receive my cach money that because they simply didn't have any to give me because I paid cash and I am still currently waiting for them to save up money to pay me my money still to this day, which is day number 2. I will Never EVER buy anything from this store or any office depot in that matter ever again!! By the way every time I call and ask if they have my money yet I am talked to with the upmost disrespecting tone and attitude 😤 I WANT my MONEY NOW I am tried of waiting!!!!

Unprofessional, I waited more than 30 min just to send a package through Fed-Ex the gentleman that was working the area seemed so lost was helping a lady and kept making mistakes while there was 2 more employees just walking around doing nothing… I flagged one down and I asked “excuse me all I need is to send this via Fed-Ex” his response was ok he can help you when he’s done. I was so livid I walked out of there. He literally was doing nothing I don’t see why he couldn’t come around and help the other employee I was not the only customer in line he had a lot of people waiting . I use to love going in there now I dread going in worst customer service.
