I usually drop off my return packages at this place (FedEx shipping center). This time, a lady asked me if my package contained a lithium battery. I told her that it is a Samsung watch, and I'm not sure if it has a lithium battery. Despite the FedeX label on the package, she told me that it is against the policy and we can not accept the package here. I told her to show me your written policy, and she is not able to provide and decline to accept my package. I am seeking clarification from Office Depot about the reasons behind their policy on not accepting such packages.

Angela in printing was great. Spot on customer service. Kia, however, undid everything. He skipped me twice in the line when calling up customers despite having been there for a hour. When it was pointed out that I was next Kia did not care, said he was sorry but he is still calling up the person he was pointing to. Next time I need printing, if I see Kia there, I am taking my business elsewhere

Where else could you email your documents and have I printed for 14 cents a page? Full service fast n friendly in this day n age under these unprecedented circumstances. Thank you to the establishment and conscientious caring people who run it.
