I took an online barre class this evening with Alyssa Weeks. The class was fantastic, and the price for online is insanely reasonable. Alyssa teaches with a calm yet encouraging tone. I really appreciated her timing and accurate counting. She also gave great encouragement throughout class, and though she had some mic difficulties, it didnt hinder her teaching. I appreciated the thorough warm-up and stretch sequence at the end. Also, her music selection was top tier. My legs have been quaking since.

I started taking classes about six months ago on class pass. I really was loving all the different styles of class and got to a point where I needed more class pass points and decided I would join Ohana as a member. Instead. It’s been a great decision. I love supporting the studio but what I didn’t expect was to love being a part of the community. The people I continue to meet are really great and the classes really challenge me to push beyond and go deeper into my own practice.

This studio is such a welcoming space. Alyssa, the owner, is truly amazing! She creates an environment where every student feels seen and supported. She takes the time to get to know people, and her attention to thoughtful, effective modifications (especially for pregnancy or injuries) makes a huge difference. I’ve been doing barre for over 10 years, and Alyssa is an excellent instructor with clear cues, smart programming, and classes that actually make you feel stronger. The variety here is also a standout: whether you want traditional barre with lighter weights, Barre Strength with heavier weights, or really challenging kettlebell classes, there’s something for everyone. Beyond the workouts, she’s genuinely building a community, and it shows. Highly recommend.

This is the best yoga/barre studio I’ve been to. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, especially Alyssa. I have a lot of health issues and struggled to find a place that is understanding of that. All the instructors are so supportive and emphasize how important it is to listen to your body. It’s just such a welcoming and non-judgmental environment, I take mostly barre classes, and I truly never get bored of them. They switch it up every time and keep things challenging! All the instructors are so knowledgeable of the mind and body. Couldn’t recommend this studio enough!
