This place is amazing. I just wish the sandwiches weren't all $20. They're worth it, but it's a treat yourself thing. The sisig bolilo was hard to finish for 2 people, because they're was just so much in it! Amazing cut of fatty meat chopped up with 2(i think) juicy eggs. Their veg sandwich is also amazing. A true testament to a good sandwich doesn't need meat

Best sandwiches in The Town, hands down. You should try everything. The menu changes weekly, so ask what's new. I had the beef tongue. I'm used to having it in tacos de lengua, though this version was more tender and bright with flavor. We also ordered the Szechuan chicken sandwich. It packed massive flavor with the right amount of spice. Looking forward to trying more. Wish they had a seating area, but something tells me they will be expanding.

FOH: The Cashier Lily treated me and the other guests exceptional well when I saw the team. Projected times to go was 15 minutes, was ready in 8 minutes. We discussed the menu briefly for I placed my order, she was exceptional knowledgeable. BOH: The kitchen team was calm and in flow busting their asses. Props to them for killing it. Very quit, professional, and calling order out with grace and calm. Food was delicious, cooked on point for what it was. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a delicious bite in Temescal. Will be returning myself to try that Sisig Sando

for a takeout spot it doesn’t get better. fast service, consistent menu, and asian flavors. the ebi sando could’ve been more firm, tasted a bit too much starch, but i like how it wasn’t overly saucy and there was a good amount of veg. chicken bites were hot and spicy, definitely worth as a side. i’d pass on the fries next time, were fine but nothing special flavor wise. friends pork banh mi was also good, the bread was more soft than toasty.

Pork banh mi was out of balance. It’s pricey at $18 but there is a lot of pork. Unfortunately, it was dry and there weren’t enough pickled veg to balance it out. Ebi (shrimp) katsu sando was solid. Good texture, great bun and definitely needed the wedge of lemon to add some acidity to each bite. Ramen fries were okay - good texture, but just a bit too salty. Needs a better dipping sauce other than ketchep. Kewpie/sriracha would be a good move Loud reggaeton music is a good vibe if you like it. If not, you may find it a bit too loud if you’re trying to have a conversation at the single table inside. The Sonos speaker is literally right above the table. Outside seating is limited. Recommend ordering ahead - they are BUSY during lunch rush and they run out of specials quickly.
