$250+ for a crusty old work jacket with random construction company logos embroidered on them is wild work. $50+ for faded polyester shirts. They don't really process the clothing, there are pills all over the shirts, easily cleanable stains, holes, etc. Lots of clothes that would get rejected from the thrift shop for being in poor condition and they want to charge you hundreds of dollars for this crap. For any people looking for some cool vintage clothing on the cheap, put some time in at actual thrift shops, I promise you will be able to find an old jacket that has 'jim bob's construction' embroidered on it for less than the $250+ they are charging here.

I visited Old News Vintage in NoDa after checking out Found, and while I didn’t end up purchasing anything, it was still an interesting experience. The store focuses mainly on streetwear, with plenty of hoodies, jerseys, jackets, and jeans. They also had some unique items like cowboy boots and genuine leather jackets. However, I found that the pricing was a bit on the higher side for my taste, and I prefer all items on hangers rather than having some in large buckets. That said, if you’re into high-quality vintage pieces, you’ll likely appreciate what they have to offer. It just wasn’t quite my style or budget.

Good spot for vintage clothing. Plenty of old, valuable tee shirts to keep you occupied for a while. Large store for this level of vintage clothing. In the middle of NODA, plenty of other shopping and food options in rhe same block.

Amazing! How do these guys stay in business? I was at my Rolex dealer and mentioned that I was looking for a Rolex wall clock. she remembered she saw one for sale at old news vintage. I was amazed that I instantly ran down to take a look at it. He wanted an Astronomical amount for it but I was willing to take a look at it. He said all cash and want to seethe cash first. He wouldn’t take it an off the wall. I politely asked the sales person to call the owner for permission. His response was “you want me to do that now?” Like can’t you see I’m busy.. I wanted to say “no How about next week” but I didn’t.. He supposedly called the owner and the owner said no that it stays on the wall. Well I wasn’t about to purchase something like that without it able to hold it as far as I knew it was plastic back with a made in China sticker.. so I left.. major sale lost!
