Making an appointment on short notice was easy online, the staff member who called to confirm was kind and enthusiastic, and the veterinarian who saw my dog was clearly knowledgeable and enamored of small fluffy dogs! Finding a great vet made moving to a new neighborhood much easier.

Great experience with the entire staff on our first visit. Super kind and gentle with my recent rescue German Shepherd and everyone took the time to really listen and fully explain. Never felt rushed in or out, and you can tell that Dr. Knott is well-informed and experienced. I also really appreciate that they have their own lab on site and called with all our blood results within an hour of our appointment. We had to wait 1-3 days with our previous vet. This is our new forever-vet!
