Enrique and crew did A fantastic job at installing our attic furnace and outdoor unit and all the ductwork. They showed up on time early in the morning and were done before 5 PM. These guys did a lot of work in the heat and they did a fantastic job.

Please share this with Joe Pierce, Uriel was assigned to perform a preventive maintenance on the A/C unit. At this time he informed me drains need to be clear both primary and secondary. I can remember when the drains were cleared during the preventive process at no charge. Now I was quoted $586.50 to clear primary and secondary drain line and remove water in secondary drain pan with wires currently IN the water of the pan! Also, there is bacteria forming in the furnace that will need to be cleaned out quoted at $1,673.00. I had this done in 2022 for less then $600.00 and recommended to install a fluorescent light quoted in the past at $1,250.00, to stop the bacteria from growing. Mind you this unit is only 4 years old. I am astonished on how much the prices have increased. I have been a customer for many years! At these prices I might as well purchase a new unit. I am forced to look for another company for these type of services that are more affordable. One Hour Air has grown in size in the past years and some services had degraded and is now a conglomerate of a company that prices are getting outrageous for the individuals who are trying their best to maintain their A/C unit in the best operating order.
