We had an excellent experience with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. Jimmy W. was very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He took the time to explain the entire process of repairing vs. replacing our system, answered all of our questions, and was completely honest about his findings and recommendations. His thoroughness and clear communication gave us total confidence in the decisions we made. Jimmy is truly amazing at what he does. The installation crew was equally impressive. Alvin K., Henry P., Elijah C., Sef M., Jodeci T., and Brandon A. were all very friendly, courteous, and respectful of our property. They took pride in their work, explained each step of the job, and made sure everything was done carefully and correctly. We were especially impressed with Alvin, who went above and beyond to create a setup that will make future maintenance much easier. This was an awesome, highly professional team from start to finish. We are extremely pleased with the service and would absolutely recommend One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone looking for honest, quality HVAC work.

Jimmy has been servicing our units for a long time. He is amazing. He is very thorough and explains everything in detail to me. I have been with this company for many Years and we have always been happy with their service. I do recommend them to all my friends. They quickly diagnosed a problem I was having with my air conditioning and handled everything in an expedited and professional manner. David and Alex were great. AC stopped working at night and they came out quick and fixed the issue. Capacitor needed to be changed. No BS about needing a whole new unit. Very professional and knowledgeable. Good guys.
