I started PT with Onward because I was experiencing pain from Achilles tendonitis. It was limiting my ability to take long walks, run, or hike. After three sessions with Dr. Eli, which included home exercise plans, I hiked two long hikes successfully - a 2.5 hour one that was trail and road, up and down, and then a flatter 1+ hour one the next day. I didn't really experience any pain or discomfort during the hike, and I took another hike the next day. And it's all still going well!
