I had my carpets and stairs cleaned a couple of weeks ago. Now that everything has dried out, you can still see several stains in the high traffic areas which was the main reason we wanted the carpets cleaned to begin with. While I wasn't looking for a miracle because the carpets are a bit old, I was at least expecting the stains to be removed for the price we paid.

The technician was at my house for About an hour and did a half ass job If you plan to use OOP’s, make sure you get the in person price and not the advertised price because they will come out and do half assed work if you don’t pay them double their estimate. I will NEVER RECOMMEND OOPS TO ANYONE. Then they will try to SUE YOU with some fine print that says you wont post how much they suck. OOP'S STEAM CLEANING SUCKS SO BAD YOU ARE BETTER OFF USING A TOOTHBRUSH BY HAND.
