Dr Gaylord and his office staff are amazing. I set an appointment for my son who is an Autistic 21 y.o. and myself for the same Saturday afternoon, 2 weeks ago. I sit here now smiling about how my son, was able to get his eyes examined, dilated and chose 2 eye glasses all without me having to support him. I was able to complete my appointment without worrying about my son. They were kind to him and patient with him. Thank you Dr. Gaylord and your team. As long as you take my insurance, I will continue to come back.
