I have gone multiple times because I honestly love the food but these past few times I’ve had Sofia and Andrea as servers and they both have given me the worst service ever, they don’t refill drinks, don’t come check on table, and when trying to find them they are on their phones and always have an attitude

HORRIBLE SERVICE,how is it possible that they have servers like Andrea which is a manager and doesn’t act like it ,she forgot to bring us syrup and butter and never checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything and when my husband went to look for her she was on her phone NEVER COMING TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN

I’ve had better customer service at Waffle House compared to what Jasmine had to offer

All American breakfast and Bacado Omelet were delicious.

My rating is based off of the Crepe Combo. Let me start with the good. We got in quickly. The fresh squeezed orange juice was delicious ($5 a glass). The environment was relaxed and not loud. The issue I had was with what I ordered and the response. I ordered the Crepe Combo expecting crepes. I was brought just plain crepes. None of the other things the menu says about the crepes were included with the plate. Butter may have made the very eggy crepe better but when I ordered a crepe I expected one that had filling or a topping. I asked our server about this and his immediate response was, "That is not how ours come. We serve just the crepe." He asked how he could make it better and I asked for the filling/topping, not just a dry crepe. I was not offered the whipped cream. I was going to send it back but our server offered a strawberry syrup as a consultation. It was very clear that this is a common complaint he gets about this dish. Now reading other reviews I see it is. I feel like the servers should let people know this when taking the order. I felt this place is overpriced when we got there, this cemented my opinion. There are other Mom and Pop breakfast/lunch spots within 10 minutes that are very well priced, the food servings are large and the food comes out as you expect. I am not trying to deter you from coming here, just saying this dish left me with not wanting to drive 30 minutes to come back. My family liked their biscuits and gravy dish.
