I wanted to like them but they never wanted me to give them a try! I’ve been looking for a place that can do my lips and I am one of those patients that asks question with any doctor or nurse! I have to get trust as I’ve had horrible experiences with some doctors that just plain didn’t care that I’m crying and in pain! So decided to email the nurse about some questions and concerns. She replied maybe once and she then decided to not reply after asking about some questions! I really wanted to give them a try med spa a try but now since all that happened it makes me wonder if it would’ve been worth it! Oh well
