I love coming here so much! It’s been about a year. However, Recently I met Lynn and they informed me she is a massage specialist. It’s true! I can honestly say she has some lf the most blessed hands. I’ve ever had in life. I cannot wait to come and get a longer one from her, I have to stop rushing all the time! recently they’ve added a new menu of pedis and I love each one so far. I’ve had the oceanic, matcha & the pearl. Also the new ginger tea is amazing, I’ve yet to try the new drinks!

I had a great experience here for both a manicure and pedicure. The space was clean, calm, and well organized, and the staff was friendly and attentive without feeling rushed. Everything felt professional from the moment I walked in. The pedicure was relaxing and thorough, and the manicure was clean, precise, and exactly what I asked for. Attention to detail really stood out, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend. Wife got a gel manicure and loves it

AB was amazing!! Super sweet and took great care of me. She was very attentive to detail and my nails came out just how I pictured them! Full set of acrylics with a milky french tip, pink base, gold gel design, almond shape. I’ve consistently had great experiences here at Palazzio, definitely my go to :)

walked in for a soak off because I go to a private nail tech to get my nails done sometimes I’ll come in here and get my feet done occasionally- no complaints there. however, the guy that took my nails off had me in and out of there in 10 minutes, which is unheard of for a soak off of acrylic. he used to drill bit that is not supposed to go on your natural nail. I get my nails done religiously always have for 10+ years i know how my nails are. My nails have never been this thin in my life you can literally see the divots in the bottom of my nail from where he drilled so thin. I’ve been doing soak offs and it should never be 10 minutes he drilled away my natural nails. I will not be able to get my nails done at least for a month or until they grow out. He asked why i wasn’t getting them redone and i said “my sister does my nails i just want a soak off” he didn’t speak to me the rest of the time. he drilled then put my hand in acetone for literally 45 seconds and then started drilling again and then said OK. You’re done go wash your hands. now i won’t be going back for any kind of services bc they clearly don’t care unless ur giving them more then 15$ for soaking off. obviously hard to tell from photos but y can see dicots

I am OBSESSED with this gel x manicure I received from Vee! She did such an amazing job, perfect shape, and even mixed the colors to create this beautiful shade for me! I’m super happy will definitely be coming back and asking for her 💖💖💖💅🏻
