I cannot express how happy I am after my trip to PBT at The Vineyard, Abby was so sweet and was able to answer all my questions. She made trying a new tanning spot so stress free. You can tell she loves to help out customers be happy with their tan. I will be back!!

I do my tans weekly and I always used to go to the one closest to my house but I started coming to this Palm Beach because of the customer service, everyone is so sweet. Elizabeth deserves a raise because she was incredible with me and she was working super hard with customers and cleaning, yet maintaining great service and I even heard 2 other people compliment her customer service she’s great and helped me pick out the perfect shade for my spray tans!

By far the best place to tan. I'm personally ghostly white and they got me all set up to get to the level of tan I want and maintain it with out that dreadful bed burn. All of the staff is extremely knowledgeable on everything when it comes to tanning!! It is so worth the membership!!

This is my first month ever tanning like this....tanning-wise, it's great. The machines do what they are supposed to. BUT the service of the actual facility...? I am grossed out to say that over the last 2 weeks, I've gone about 3 or 4 times...and the same hair is on the ground in the same stall they put me in. And it's only collecting more and more nastiness as the weeks progress. I've noticed the bed also has the same oily marks too. The cleanliness of these types of places is SO important. I feel so uncomfortable going, but I paid for it, so I've ought to use it till it's up 🤷🏽♀️

I went with my friends and today for my first spray tan ever!! I was a little nervous from past self tan experiences but Anabella was so informative and sweet!!!! She told me everything I needed to do and reassured me everything would go great. She walked me through all of the additives I would need & color matched me. It was such a good experience!
