I have loved Pampered Tails for over a decade as they take our cats into the magic van and return them perfectly cut and in a great mood!! Every cat stylist that ive worked with has been so kind and loving and that's very important to be able to trust someone with your baby. Jorge has been cutting my 14 year old Himalayan space emperor for years and is my favorite. They have special handling available for older or crankier pets. He gave my boy a gorgeous designer style cut and returned him to me with a little tie on today. Happy customer

My feisty terrier is NOT an easy wash n cut. He hates getting g his nails trimmed and despises the hair dryer. We have tried many groomers, but none have made us as happy as Pampered Tails West LA Mobile. Carmen is the absolute BEST. She takes her time with our dog, and we are always happy with her work! She’s very consistent and shows him lots of love. I really love the service this company provides.

My sweet pup, Macie is 16 years old and very anxious. I can't bring her to a salon because she is afraid of the noises, and especially afraid of the dryer. So I asked that Pampered Tails not use anything loud. Macie came out clean, more relaxed and her nails were trimmed properly. Grace was very caring and did a great job. I recommend!

Bar none the best groomer WE have experienced. All the groomers are caring and responsible, very attentive to individual pet needs. Ryan is especially kind & loving. Great place, wonderful grooming experiences over & over again.
