SANITARY HAZARD!!!!! BEWARE Walked in and asked how they sanitize their instruments in-between customers. They said they just wash it in a special solution and dry. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND NO SOLUTION WILL SAVE YOU FROM GETTING HEPATITIS OR HIV FROM ANOTHER PERSON UNLESS THE INSTRUMENTS WENT THROUGH AUTOCLAVE OR AN ULTRASOUND AT LEAST!!!!!!!

I inquired about booking but didn’t end up going through with it due to the tone of the interaction. It didn’t feel very professional to me.

I’ve been going to this place for about a year now, and unfortunately it feels like the service is slipping a bit. I’ve definitely gotten some amazing gel manicures and pedicures here that were 100% worth what I paid. My last experience was really not the case. The tech who did my manicure was a bit too drill-happy so my nails were throbbing by the time we got to filing. She was honestly a bit rude and I’m not sure that she really knew what she was doing because she went to take a pair of nail clippers to cut my nails shorter and I had to ask her to use the drill, then she told me she couldn’t do a short stiletto when I told her exactly what I wanted up front. She really didn’t clean up and shape the cuticle well, so the polish unfortunately looks haphazard with some nails not having enough polish near the cuticle and long the sides. If you can imagine it, the pedicure was done by a different nail tech and was worse. I literally had to take the nail file and file my own toe nails. Every nail she filed was slanted and not straight, so I have no idea what she was doing. She didn’t do enough clean up for my taste, but they never really do here. The polish was not good, and I had to have her redo the big toes as she allowed the polish to pool at the cuticle and it looked like a big bubble. For what I paid, this last service was not worth it at all and they demand a 20% tip. I think that is what I am most aggravated by. I have no problem tipping 23-25% when the service is great, but 20% on a mediocre one that I could have paid $100 for at any number of nails salons in the area is robbery. I’m not sure if the ownership changed over the last year, but they’ve changed and I don’t think it was for the better

Panda Nails is AWESOME! Super easy to book online, they attend you super fast and I was running late (10min), but they were super nice about it when I called. I had Mary do my Dazzle Dry pedi and Cat Eye Hard Structure Gel mani, she was fabulous and I LOVE my nails
