The entire staff is super friendly and accommodating. The appointment system is by email which I am not a fan (I like the personal face to face) Elayne is very personal, professional and educated in Tax Law and was able to answer most questions I had and where she couldn't, she promised to follow up after research. I also admire the building foyer with the plants, pond and fish
