I contacted this business to rent the use of a piano studio for practice while I was traveling. The business was very responsive and helpful. The studios were well equipped and provided privacy. Highly recommend!

This review is about the scheduling system only—not the teachers. We loved our teachers and were very happy with the quality of instruction. Unfortunately, the scheduling process was such a constant source of stress that we ultimately had to cancel our membership. We would commit to a schedule, only to receive cryptic, unhelpful texts almost every week asking us to change our lesson time. The communication from the person managing scheduling was consistently confusing, and there seemed to be some kind of breakdown in understanding—possibly a language barrier. On multiple occasions, she claimed she hadn’t received my texts, even though my phone showed them as delivered. If texting is the main way to handle scheduling, it’s important that the system (or her phone) actually works reliably. It also took days to get a response after I had already paid for the program, which felt strange and unprofessional. For a school of this size, it’s surprising there’s no client portal to manage scheduling directly, which would eliminate a lot of back-and-forth confusion. Finally, it seemed like teacher availability was very inconsistent. There should be clearer guidelines about the hours teachers are required to commit to the program so that schedules don’t change so often. In the end, it became such a hassle to constantly reschedule lessons that it felt unsustainable, and we decided to cancel. If the school can implement a clearer, more reliable scheduling system, this would be a wonderful place to take lessons—but until then, the disorganization is simply too much.

The group teacher ms. Elaina is amazing. We’ve seen such big progress in socialization, which has been so meaningful for our family. The school is very well run, and the staff is always polite, friendly, and professional. It’s such a warm and welcoming place, and we’re grateful to be part of it

We've been taking guitar lessons with Mr. Dylan, and he is an incredible teacher. He’s a genuinely wonderful guy who makes learning fun and engaging Great office team I’ve reached out, they’ve been super friendly and helpful, always making sure everything runs smoothly and that we have the support we need. the lady recommended that we try a trial class, with no pressure to commit Highly recommend checking them out. we tried guitar but we will surely register our second son when he's old enough to start.
