I called on the morning of 1/22/26 at 5:18am and left a message. I received a call back less than 15 minutes later. I explained that nothing would drain in my bathroom and I've had problems with roots growing into the waste pipe in the past. I was told someone would be there between 8:30 and 9:30am and someone would call when they were on the way. This is EXACTLY what happened. The serviceman (Keith) was thorough and professional and even cleared the waste pipe twice to make sure it was clear. The pricing was very fair especially considering the effort he out into making sure the job was done. Paul Anderson was referred to me from a plumber I know and I would not hesitate to refer them to others. Thank you.

When Paul Anderson says "Our goal is to clean your drains, not your wallet", they mean business! We called Paul Anderson yesterday evening to declog our basement drain, and they came the next day within the stated time frame. The tech, Nick, got to it and declogged the drain within minutes. Excellent work for a fair price! They are the best in the business. Highly recommended!
