Appalling customer service. Chris was unbelievably rude. His attitude was shocking, and the way he spoke to me was truly cruel, insulting, unprofessional and a completely unacceptable way to treat a customer and fellow human being. I would never trust him to be kind to my dog.

I took my 6 month old Westie puppy in for her first grooming and Chris was amazing! Her haircut was exactly what I was hoping for, if not better! So adorable! Staff is so nice & very welcoming. My puppy loved Chris as soon as she met him. Definitely a 5 star boutique!!

While I don’t typically write reviews—especially negative ones—I believe that certain standards must be upheld in the relationship between a customer and a service provider. I cannot fault the actual grooming service at Paws Up Boutique—my Portuguese Water Dog looked great after both visits. However, customer experience is about more than just grooming quality; clear communication and transparency are equally important. When I scheduled a bath and haircut, I expected that any additional costs would be discussed before they were applied. Instead, I was charged without prior notification. I reached out via email twice, hoping to address the issue professionally, but both messages were completely ignored. Failing to respond to a client’s inquiries is both disappointing and unprofessional. A great service provider should prioritize communication and ensure customers feel valued—not disregarded. Until Paws Up Boutique improves its transparency and responsiveness, I cannot recommend them.
