My dogs love Pawsh Palace! I am so so picky when it comes to my pups and I never in a million years thought I’d be ok dropping them off somewhere but I was so impressed with everything at Pawsh Palace and I just love watching my dogs on the cameras and seeing how much fun they are having! Everyone is so attentive there and I am so comfortable leaving them for any amount of time and I know they’ll be loved and taken care of and having a blast! Highly recommend!

Darren and I boarded our Marbles while we were on vacation for 4 days. We were nervous leaving him with new people and new dogs because we know what he's like especially with other males. They had no issues that we know of, they sent pictures daily and they raved about how good he was. We booked the boarding and grooming and we'll definitely keep you guys in mind for the next time we come back.

Found this business from a Google search. Called to book an appointment but was told I had to set up a profile online. After I hung up, I received a text message with a link. After I set up the profile for my dog, I was able to book an appointment. The strange part is I was unable to select a specific time for the appointment. I was only allowed to select a time frame, ie: 7am - 11am. The business then told me the day and time of the appointment. I found that a bit disappointing. Additionally, while I am willing to say that I should some of this responsibility, the online booking system is not user friendly. What I mean is this business has a location about four minutes from where I live, but somehow I ended up booking at the other location, fifteen minutes away. That was frustrating. Day of service comes, I drop off the dog. Groomer is not very personable. I introduced myself and my dog, got a plain look in return. I still don’t know her name. I mean, I’m dropping of my dog, who is a very loved member of our family. The least I can do is know your name. At the very least there should be a modicum of trust established. Service was completed faster than any other groomer. I got a text about 30 minutes after drop off that my dog was done. He was fresh, clean, and seemingly happy. Would recommend but a few tweaks to the booking process to remove any confusion would be highly beneficial.

Best place ever! Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Was worried about bringing Buck due to him not liking strangers and other animals. I have boarded him a few times and he greets people now and can walk better when other dogs are around. Just him being around this fun friendly staff has helped Buck be more sociable and I can leave him with no worry!

My Stella Bear LOVES Pawsh Palace! They take amazing care of my old lady. And she has so much fun with her friends. The boarding and play areas are super cute and the staff are extremely friendly. We are forever your #PawshPosse
