I really enjoy going here! They have the sweetest coaches that have been amazing to work with on my fitness journey. It’s challenging obviously 😂 but having good people around to motivate and inspire make all the difference

Great place. New owner took over in June 2023. Kenneth is very pleasant and passionate about the place. Everything was easy to sign up online -I tried the 5 days for $5 first. Reasonable prices and options, which i appreciate given my flexible and ever changing job. I'm also big on doing classes for the group motivation. Everything is already set up for you, so just got to show up. And easily navigated so you know where to go. Big space, which didn't look like it from the outside. The lobby is pretty plain right now but sounds like he has some cool ideas to make it more homey. He also started group outings to build the peak performance community - wine and pizza for the highlandtown art walk. Being new to the area, I appreciated that. Overall, Very professional and upcoming space.

I have really enjoyed going to Peak. I used to attend another larger corporation gym with a similar concept, but their prices became outrageous and they were losing that personal feel. I came to Peak to try something local and different and I have loved every minute of it. The workouts are a little more intense, but I love it because my body had reached a plateau. I'm already seeing results and enjoying the atmosphere. It's only been a few weeks for me, but I knew after my second class that I was signing up long term. Definitely recommend giving this place a shot.

I've been to Peak a few times, and it's always been a pleasant experience and a great workout. The staff is friendly and caring, and the instructors are encouraging, helpful and very professional at all times. It's a great all-around workout. I recommend it for anyone looking for a good mix of cardio and weights!
