The girl at the counter needs an attitude check - so unwelcoming and dismissive and rushing your customers. Cookies are not bad but not worth getting when it's not happy hour.

Bought some cookies to bring home to my family from my Philly trip. They raved about them. They were delicious, good, and fresh. My adult son is ready to make a trip to Philadelphia just for the cookies, LOL.

This great venue at Reading Terminal Market offers a small store. Today I had a sample of key lime pie. It was pretty good. I make a great Florida key lime pie and this pie is creamier and lighter with less lime flavor than a Florida version, making it a Philadelphia version. The server was very personable and did not give away the recipe! They have a great gluten free chocolate cake--oh yum! Hope's Cookies are here and pre-packaged Asher's Chocolate also. Cookies are a reasonable price for the venue at 6 for $12 and 12 for $22. This small shop is accessible although tight. The accessible entry/exit at main entrances to Reading Terminal Market. The smaller entrances have a 6 step entry. Accessible restrooms are shared by all 80 venues. Accessible parking for wheelchair vans in paid lot, which gets busy at busy times.

This is an amazing general store with a big variety for a small space. So happy to stumble into it. They have chocolates, cheese, breads, teas, coffees, souvenirs, kitchen ware, drink fridge, glassware, gift baskets, honeys, jams, fruit butter, I was constantly amazed by how much they had. All the food is locally made and sourced which is always amazing to hear. I left with more than I dreamed of when I first walked by.
