Personal Level Fitness is awesome! This was the best decision I've ever made for my health. I was specifically looking for private personal training - not group classes, and this place was exactly what I had in mind. You get 100% attention and feedback during your session so you can maximize every rep. They also care about your mental health as well as nutrition and exercise. I originally signed on for a 3 month commitment and now it's been 8 months. I can't believe how much stronger I've gotten and I genuinely look forward to my gym days!

After working out with Personal Level Fitness for just 3 months about 11 years ago, I turned to them again last March to help me continue, and maintain, weight loss. I have never been an "active" person. I'd prefer to sit on the couch and read. But I really truly love it here. Alex does a phenomenal job with hiring trainers. Everyone is so knowledgeable and encouraging - I leave each session knowing that I did the right thing for my body and mind. I'm a super self-conscious person when it comes to the ability for my body to do anything and be coordinated - I thought I would hate the idea of working out with different trainers on different days - more people to be self conscious around! But, it's wonderful. Each trainer has their unique personality and a slightly different way of communicating and encouraging. It's very refreshing. And the model allows for PLF to be really flexible with scheduling. It's a $$ investment - but if you have the funds, just do it. Just do what the trainers say and you will see results toward whatever goals you have.

Personal Level Fitness is much more than a personal trainer. It's a team of people, and each one has their own unique way of helping guide, teach, and encourage you. With every tool you can think of and many you can't. They have more ways to help you live a healthier and better life than any gym or facility I have ever seen before. In less than 6 months of coming to Personal Level Fitness I have made far more progress on my health than I had the previous 2 years trying different gyms, programs and other trainers. In my experience there is no equal to Personal Level Fitness.

I highly recommend Personal Level Fitness for anyone who is looking for a personalized workout plan. The best part about it is they truly take your goals into account and design the training schedule/sessions specifically for you. In only a few months I have already made a good deal of progress in getting stronger and healthier. I also think it's perfect for people who are anxious about exercising. The trainers are all very kind and encouraging. You get to work with and get to know all the trainers there, which is great because they all have different styles. Do yourself a favor and start working with this team!

I joined Personal Level Fitness in August 2017. This is the first time I have ever done any type of weight training (I am 56 years old) and wanted to get into shape and become stronger. Alex and Bernie along with the entire team are welcoming, professional and very helpful. I have a few minor health issues and they are able to customize my workout so I can achieve my goals. I workout 2x per week and enjoy my 45 minutes with the trainer. I am stronger, leaner, and feel so much better! In addition to the workout they also help with nutrition! I really enjoy all aspects of my workout at Personal Level Fitness!!!
