What a wonderful experience!! The team here are one of the best! They got me in and out, but also got me what I needed and answered all my questions. They helped me switch to a new food, A Pup Above, which is now my German shepard's new favorite. They let me know about all their great deals like, if you buy 3 things you get a fourth one free. So of course I got 4 treats. They have a new customer in me

This location by far exceeded my expectations. I went for the clinic they were so helpful with my dog. They did bloodwork, eye, ear,all over inspection, and nail trim. The vet also gave me more knowledge of my dog than a few other vets I’ve seen. It was so affordable and the whole process was easy. I got everything done for $300, if you know how much it costs in veterinary clinics, then you one this is unbelievably amazing. They aren’t a chop shop clinic either. Defiantly a great place for your pet!!

Got my cat 3 years rabies vaccination here. Price is good. No need for additional check up fee like with many places. Good customer service was quick and affordable. Love that they take walk-in.

Daughter and I went here to adopt a cat. Staff was friendly and helpful. Town Cats was the adoption organization. The two girls there were very patient and accommodating. I walked around the store a bit and it was well stocked and organized.

This location feels like a PFX super store. They have dedicated veterinary space, adoptable cats and a new corner just for fresh and frozen food. The staff here is consistently extremely helpful and friendly. The manager I pestered with very specific dog food questions never bat an eye and really helped me narrow down my choices, he was clearly very well educated on the products carried. Parking here can get a bit hairy because of the busy Whole Foods and narrow/weird spaces, so going on not a weekday evening is usually a good choice. It's a good location to get in and out of quickly though since it's so well staffed. This is a pretty high traffic location, so I don't bring my dog here because he's a sensitive and grumpy old man who doesn't like his own kind. To all the employees that listen to me drone on about a boring thing I think my dog is good at while checking out, thanks.
