The workers are so nice and they always help you get exactly what you're looking for. I asked them specifically what I wanted to get and they immediately helped me with such a great attitude and made me feel amazing

Had a disappointing experience at this location today. The customer ahead of me left the register **twice** to grab additional items. During her second trip I asked the cashier (Jason) if he could ring me up while she was gone since I only had one item. He said he couldn’t, which I understood, but when I expressed frustration about the situation he didn’t offer any apology (or any acknowledgement) for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, after I checked out he told me I “could have more patience”, as if voicing a legit concern makes me a Karen or something (???) Then when I brought the issue to management, he actually interrupted the conversation to accuse me of lying and “having an attitude.” Management gave me a refund, but this isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with rude service here, so sharing this for others to be aware.

Fantastic place, Close by. Incredible variety of products and prices. Opened an account. One item I purchased was a cat harness. My baby will use it for his first official outing back to the Pet Express. 🐈
