Extremely disappointing experience. We were booked for boarding for the end of May, but had to cancel after our dog developed kennel cough. We notified them with plenty of advance notice (a little over a month), as bringing a contagious dog into a daycare/boarding facility would have been irresponsible and could have put other dogs at risk (especially considering their kennel cough outbreak a few months ago). Despite doing the responsible thing and cancelling well ahead of time, they refused to refund our deposit. It’s incredibly frustrating to be penalized for prioritizing the health and safety of other dogs. This response showed a serious lack of fairness and customer care. Based on this experience, and the experiences of those in the community who have complained about their dogs being injured, neglected, dirty kennels, and unfilled water bowls in the care of new management, I would strongly caution other pet owners to avoid booking at this location with the new management. UPDATE: In their public response to my review, management stated: “please call management to make arrangements for a refund within the next week.” I responded promptly by email, explaining that I was not comfortable communicating by phone and preferred to keep communication in writing. I also provided all information needed to process the refund. They have refused to send the refunded that they publically committed to. At this point, it feels like the offer of a refund was made publicly for appearance purposes only, as no refund has actually been processed and no follow-up has been provided privately.

Do not send your fur babies here!! Dirty kennels, dogs left overnight for extensive lengths of time, water bowls empty, dogs being taken out less than advertised. Terrible customer service team - they don’t care about the dogs!

They watched my dog from Friday to Sunday and he must have had an excellent time because he slept for the entire evening on Sunday. The prices are reasonable and they are open until 7pm every day which is great so I don’t have to rush to pick up my dog. Drop off and pickup was very easy. I will definitely go back here in the future. Edit: have to edit my review. My dog was there for a while and when I picked him up he was limping pretty badly. They said “he just started doing that” but when I looked at him in the car his armpit was all red and bleeding. I’m not saying they did it to him, it looks like he was licking himself too much. But they 100% should have noticed and done something about it, or at least called me. Instead they just ignored it and hoped I wouldn’t notice. Haven’t been back since.

We've been sending our two dogs to Pet Paradise for daycare since 2021 and it has become part of our weekly routine. Our two dogs (lab and lab mix) come home happy and tired from their days. We continue to go there multiple times a week and know that no matter the weather they get play time with both the two large outdoor areas and the indoor play room. The hours and flexibility for drop off and pick up are very helpful, and we love that pictures and videos are posted on Instagram during their days. Our dogs start dancing and barking with excitement as we drive to the daycare and can't wait to run inside! There have been occasional waves of staff turnover over the years for various reasons but no matter the team, staff are truly animal lovers and always put effort and time into getting to know the dogs and their personalities and needs. The owner George is always flexible and accommodating, and we love that the daycare is continually adding new features as the business grows. If ever we have had questions or concerns, we can ask the staff without hesitation. Highly recommend, and truly feel that as our pups are getting older in age, going to Pet Paradise keeps them engaged and mobile, adding life to their years and years to their life!
