Something is wrong with this company, they never reply on the website and even when I purchased something, I have never received it. Think the website is a scam, I legit have not gotten any reply about my missing order. When I call them, they say their sales team online is different so I can never get in contact with them. Been waiting over a month, I left a negative review on the website and it still shows 5 stars for the item so you know they are deleting reviews as well.

Asked about compatible, medium to large, mid-water dwelling fish for Angelfish and Rams. I was looking at some rainbows but they were small. They said they just got two large ones in. They were Rainbow Sharks! Absolutely not with Angels! And even if they were compatible, they are not mid-water swimmers. So after being very unimpressed with all of the other mostly barren tanks, I went back to the first one with the smaller rainbows. I said I’ll take two. She said they were just for display and I have to buy from the stock tank. She takes me there and they didn’t even have any. The staff is nice and they get a star for that. Otherwise, what a waste of time and energy.

Beautiful little shop, this place has a great variety of fish, well structured tank shelves so looking at the fish is easy. Fish looked healthy and lively. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, planted tank information available all over, and amazing examples all through the store of what a planted tank can be. I will absolutely be back here!

TLDR: fish came dead, item forgotten, no refund or communication 4 days later. I was excited to place an order online as they appear to have some really unique livestock. Received a call moments after my order that some of the livestock was not in stock, so I was promptly issued a refund for what they didn’t have. Seemed like excellent customer service. FedEx delayed the delivery of my package, (not PetZone’s fault), and when it arrived a day later not only was half of the order DOA, I realized they also forgot to pack an item that I was not refunded for. We are now 4 days past the delivery and after several emails and phone calls, all I’ve received is an AI automated response about my “concern.” I believe if the packaging of the fish was better, more would have survived an extra day in transit. Do not recommend this place AT ALL based on the lack of communication. They basically took my money and looked away once there was an issue.
