Chris (always have a nice smile) and Jamie are very helpful and friendly. However, yesterday I asked how long the fish been in the tank. One guy answered one week. Today I asked the same question, they answered one month. If they don't know, just say so instead of giving false information. Please find the correct answer.

Amazing experience with the grooming team. Michael specifically made time for us and did the haircut and nails for our first puppy haircut and did amazing. Highly recommend.

The staff member who helped us pick out our gecko was super friendly! She was nice, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took her time with us and made sure we had everything we needed to take our new friend home :) I highly recommend coming here for pets it was an awesome experience. Thank you !

Horrible experience at this store yesterday. Went to buy food for my doggie and when we got home noticed that the food we bought was expired back in February 2025 over 5 months sitting on shelf without any checking or the cashier checking as well. Tried to chat with Petco chat and they were of no help and provided no resolution.

Visited this store for grooming and face & fanny haircut. Nima did a terrible job. I think he didn’t even wash my dog as he didn’t smell like shampoo. He forgot to clip his nails. After 2.5 hours I didn’t receive a call from him. I went to the store he said he lost my number!! Although the number was on my file through PETCO app. He also said he hasn’t even started grooming after 2.5 hours so we had to wait again. Over all terrible experience. Photo we showed him for his face trimming and how cookie looked like after he came back. I added cookies photo when he usually get hair cut too.
