The cashiers are very helpful although sometimes the variety of products, excluding dog and cat food, is limited. They seem to have dog and cat food for every day of the week. But other products sometimes don’t have as many choices. But I like this place a lot because they are so doggone helpful.

So, I was struggling to find fish filters For my beta’s tank, I went to two different Petco‘s and they didn’t have any. I met this lovely employee named Rose. She was so sweet and bubbly on our first meeting, eager to help and she blessed me with the most amazing gift for my fish. It’s really hard to find good people nowadays, but she is a blessing. I definitely will drive from Burleson to come here again!! Thank you, Rose you are amazing. You don’t have no idea what you did for me in our small meeting!

Helpful employees! The stocker &cashier ladies both were very thorough & friendly (was there 10/15 around 12:30ish)! Petco had a good sale as well as we had a coupon from being a member. Our kitty is happy she got all her toys, Halloween goodies, as well as her litter! Now if they just sold her food - purina CatChow senior essentials 7+ - it'd be a one stop shop!

I took my dog here for a trim and bath. I selected and paid for the $66 service. I made an appointment for 2:00pm. It took them four hours for a simple trim and bath! I have a mini Aussie, so not a big dog. When I got the bill, it was almost $82. So, the $66 service came with $16 in hidden fees. There was a $10 fee for a shave/brushout. You never shave an Aussie so that did not happen, so I guess I was charged for brushing his hair. Then there was a $5.99 materials charge. They should include their costs of doing business in the actual fee for the service
