My preferred Petco location consistently and provides exceptional customer service. The staff members are consistently helpful and friendly, greeting me and other customers upon entering the store. However, I have noticed that the store appears to be understaffed on a regular basis. Consequently, the lines can become lengthy, and I have observed the checkout personnel actively requesting assistance from other staff members.

You can get anything what you need for your pets in this store. Plenty of available parking space. Store usually quiet. Staff usually looks like it's punishment to work there, maybe they just didn't have a good day... Enjoy your day, everyone's!

We came to checkout whether a reptile was right for my son. The kindness, information and hands on approach from the team helped him realize this Jackson Chameleon was meant to be his pet friend! Great teamwork and leadership at this store - well stocked and the animals are cared for.

I gave 3 stars because they don't carry many xxs dog clothes. My baby is little and petite 😁 other than that staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. Very courteous and friendly. Great customer service.
