I dropped my dog off for the day and have no clue what he did or if he even liked it. Feedbacks from the staff would have been nice. I shouldn’t have to ask. A smile that I came in would have done wonders.

I’ve been boarding my cats here when I travel for 5+ years. I already had a 5 star review on here but my experience this visit makes me wish I could give more stars!! They noticed my elderly cat wasn’t eating and was lethargic and Marissa went above and beyond, volunteering to take him to our vet while we were out of town. With text updates, photos and everything!! This was so outside the scope of what was expected and I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care my Koi received.

My dogs thoroughly enjoyed their stay here. The only issue that I had with them is very inconsistent with the amount that I was supposed to pay for two nights I was told several different amounts and none of it added up until I called them on the numbers, other than that, it was a fantastic experience.
