Ordered a plate to go, they barely put any meat. When I took it back they took my plate (along with my spring roll) and brought back what looked like the right amount. They forgot my spring roll tho which I had to wait an extra 10 minutes.. For only 1 spring roll… Check your food when you order to go, they skimp to go orders. Paid $20

Our waiter was great but the food was absolutely disgusting. The rice was soggy, lo mein was extremely dry, the chicken was not fresh. It tasted like it had been sitting for a while and they just dipped it in the sauce. I recently visited the Grapevine location and was expecting the same type of food, but this was absolutely disgusting.

I live in the area and pass by almost everyday. I’ve always been curious to try PF Changs. I have lived in china several years and am very familiar with what Chinese great Chinese food options there are in DFW. Now, I know that I cannot compare PF to authentic Chinese dishes out there. I enjoy PeiWei and Panda Express. The food is good quality. When I visited for the lunch special today. The hot and sour soup was almost room temp. And the lo mein was suuuper oily. The quality was …… just not there. Poor first and most likely last experience. At least I got it out of my system.

Absolutely appalling experience at P.F. Chang's! Ordered soup and entrees that were served lukewarm. And to add insult to injury, they charged us extra for fried rice without mentioning the additional cost upfront. Not only that, but they charged us for two servings! When we brought it to their attention, they made it seem like it was our mistake. Sad! Terrible service, folks. Would not recommend. Another issue was that it was empty, so one can't blame the crowd for the poor experience.

Good was awesome! Served hot and fresh! The cocktails made to perfection. Customer service fast and so very friendly. What an amazing happy hour! We went for my wife’s birthday! The cheese was so delicious even the next day.
