Didn’t get past a phone call for intake and the woman was so rude we decided not to go with them. FYI.

Used him for a criminal appeal literally won the appeal they forgot to tell the judge I wanted my restitution back. After ten years trying to do it myself. I got it with help of all things from the current of who was the trial judge at the time. Both criminal and family case they failed me. Easy to research the cases

First and foremost I’m glad people have had positive results however that was not our experience. After reading through the reviews I can say I agree with the person who stated they are liberals 100%. As a client I informed them no business should separate color except for a laundry matt. They wrote an 8 page frivolous letter to try and intimidate me for their own misconduct. One, they are not South Carolina attorneys. Notified South Carolina they would no longer be representing us however did not do so until weeks later knowing there was time sensitive issues that needed to be attended to. Failed to submit proper settlement offer in our Florida case despite having in writing what we agreed for them to offer- never notified us until after we questioned them unfortunately it was too late as they already submitted & accepted the offer without our consent. The list goes on- found the estate by ourselves, negotiated & paid all subrogation liens on our own $0 owed to date- they wanted us to pay $5 a month, jaw issues had to fight & resolve ourselves. I’m even laughing because they cannot even properly close out their lien with the courts even though they cashed their check with no problem. We had plenty of documentation to move forward with our hearing date instead we chose to pay them to get rid of them- as the funds from the Florida settlement were in our hands not theirs. Good luck
