Their pho is really good, but no matter what time of day it is they do not answer the phone. I tried calling at noon to order, then again at 2:30. I finally gave in and just placed an order at 3:20 via their online site, not even realizing they’re closed between 3–5. I didn’t think anything of it because it allowed me to order. I attempted to call to let them know as it charged my card for my order but no answer. Again, their pho is really good and flavorful. I just wish they fixed their site to stop orders while they’re closed as well as actually answering their phone. Hopefully I can get my food or a refund squared away when they open up at 5PM.

Best pho in this area of Dallas! Sadly not all menu items are available anymore, but what they do have is always on point. Their meat quality is great, and their service is lovely. It’s a lean team, but Robert and Helen are the best. Our frequent orders are the pork and shrimp spring rolls (very generous on the shrimp and pork!), and the beef pho (comes with eye round steak, brisket and fatty brisket, and meat ball!), the herb/veggie plate is always huge and fresh. We also love their bun no hue. I tend to go low carb, and substitute blanched bean sprouts instead of noodles. It’s our go-to for a satisfying comfort meal!

Beef pho bomb. Broth on the sweater side but still amazing would recommend to try out. If you live near it can be a go to spot. Ate peacefully didn't ask anything just ate my food. My favorite thing is how well balanced portions of noodles and beef. Some places broth may be better but dont put in as much meat. We all know we love our meat. Lol definitely coming back.

I’m sure the food here is excellent based on the many positive ratings, but great food should be matched by great service — and unfortunately, this restaurant fell far short. I was excited to try it last night and even called ahead since it’s a 30‑minute drive from Plano. The gentleman on the phone told me the last order was at 8:30pm and the restaurant closed at 9pm. On my way there, I tried calling nine times to place an order ahead, but no one answered. I arrived before 8:30pm, only to be told the cook had already left for the day and they couldn’t take my order. When I mentioned that I had called earlier and drove over based on the information they gave me, they simply brushed it off. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, so the excuse of being too occupied to answer calls didn’t hold up. If someone had answered even one of my calls, we wouldn’t have continued the drive. Very disappointing service.
