Thank you BQ for saving my iPhone. The Apple store had said my phone had a unique case, and couldn't be repaired. They said I had to buy a brand new phone, when my phone wasn't even 2 years old, and had not been dropped or wet. Phone Repair Spot was able to fix my phone and restore it back to life. I had all my family photos on it. Priceless memories. They showed how much they cared, BQ was reaching out constantly with updates, and even expedited my order faster, since I was leaving Town.
