Wow. Surprised they're still in business. Their owner Brett Weiss never takes the blame or apologizes for anything. With that kind of customer service I am really surprised that they still have any type of clientele. I cannot tell you how poorly this man runs his business. Unprofessional on every level. I would really investigate other businesses because they're really a dime a dozen in this industry. Certainly you should be able to find somebody who is professional quick, accurate in what they promise, and won't attack you on social media.
