I took Ms. Purvi’s art classes for about 7 years. I learned many different drawing techniques and got to work with a variety of materials that I’d never tried before. She was always patient, encouraging, and made the class feel like a creative and welcoming space. In addition, she continued to support me outside of classes by encouraging me to take advanced art classes in high school. Her classes really helped shape my love for art and inspire me to continue pursuing art to this day.

Mrs. Purvi has a great way of entertaining the kids while also being very firm in her teaching.
