The body workers are great! It's the young female reception that makes me not want to return. She's curt and rushes me through. I feel like a number and NOT a patron when I finish our exchange. She seems in a rush to get back to her phone. I have an appointment today. If this happens a third time I won't spend my money here anymore and will tell friends who support this establishment. It's honestly sad how one person in the wrong position can ruin a good thing for everyone. The manager must do something.

I received a fantastic deep tissue/accupressure massage at Piedmont Family Spa! Very firm (at my request) and got some major knots out of my back at a very reasonable price! I should say the pressure to tip was real — I gave in as I figured it was a reasonable price for an hour long massage and maybe the masseuse would get a better cut that way. But it definitely took me by surprise!

Seemed like a nice place, but the foot massage was the most lackluster, disappointing massage I've had in a while. One of those ones that just rubs and presses down, without actually massaging anything, even after I asked him to go harder. And then they didn't have change for tip, and pressured me into giving a $10 tip, instead of $5, on $45 massage - that's 22%! And just to be clear, I would have no problem tipping that much if it were a good massage, and I know they work hard. Maybe he was tired since it was the end of the night, but I definitely wouldn't go back.

My husband and I did the 60 minutes feet/body combo. It was reasonably priced and the experience was good. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. We did have the massage in the common area but that was known to us before starting. We will be going back. Thank you Piedmont Family Spa. 😊

I recently visited this spa based on the images and descriptions from their website, but unfortunately, the actual experience was vastly different. The facility did not resemble the photos shown online, and I noticed a complete lack of any visible licensing no business license or therapist credentials in sight. The service itself was not a professional massage but more of a superficial rubdown with some pressure point pushing. I would advise others to ensure they’re seeing proper licensing and credentials before booking services here.
