I LOVE PIEDMONT SPRINGS!!! I have been doing sauna here for years and it’s the closest I can get to a sauna in Finland. Steam room is great too, and the staff are always nice. Awesome rates. If this business ever loses its quality or closes, I would be so heartbroken. Thank you Piedmont Springs!!

Piedmont Springs is a great spot for hot tubbing and relaxation. The rooms are spacious and private, which makes it easy to fully unwind without feeling rushed or crowded. Calm, comfortable, and well set up for a relaxing experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet place to decompress.

Love this place, but beware that the combo room only accommodates 2 people, not 4. Website FAQ states: Maximum of four persons per tub, sauna and steam as per county regulations. Had a disappointing experience today where we had 4 friends arrive and we could not all use the facilities.

This is the third time that Piedmont Springs Spa has canceled on me, and always during Thanksgiving week. Oddly enough, the explanation has been identical each time: a sudden “malfunction” with the private hot tub I had booked. Yesterday, one of their reps called again with the same script, offering my party of two access to the steam room instead, plus our scheduled massages. But what’s the point? I can go to a steam room anywhere. I specifically booked the tub, and being told, three years in a row, that the same exact thing is broken at the same time feels extremely questionable. At this stage, it’s hard not to notice a pattern. As an Afro-Latina woman, the repeated dismissiveness, lack of accountability, and the casual way the cancellations were delivered felt like a form of microaggression. Rather than owning the issue or providing a meaningful alternative, the interactions left me feeling minimized and gaslit. It also makes me wonder why these “malfunctions” only seem to appear during Thanksgiving week. Is it poor maintenance? Overbooking? Or simply a lack of honesty with customers they assume won’t push back? Whatever the reason, it speaks volumes about how little they value certain clients. After three identical experiences, I’ve gotten the message loud and clear: they do not want my business. And after this, they won’t have it. The inconsistency and evasiveness are unacceptable, and no spa experience, no matter how charming the marketing, should leave a customer feeling this dismissed.

This place was not it. Couldn't even use the hot tub because the chlorine was burning my eyes. It was a huge disappointment. They really should give the tub at least 30 minutes for chlorine to effectively sanitize hot tub water before even allowing anyone to utilize the facility. This allows the chlorine to distribute evenly throughout the water, killing bacteria and other contaminants. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Such a huge disappointment!
