I do NOT recommend using Pike's Nursery for any of their landscape design and installation services. You will get ripped off and the work quality is not good. We used Pike's 'landscape design' service to have a plan drawn up for our front yard. We paid a lot of money for this plan and for them to install it. First off, be very careful about the warranty. They will claim they replace things for up to a year, but in the fine print, it excludes most of what they give you. The contractors that do the work will cut corners and leave you regretting the entire thing. We did this a few years ago and I'm still dealing with their mess. So many of the plants were not pressed firmly into the ground, resulting in air pockets - planting 101 - a huge NO! Seriously? They also installed a wall that covers our garbage cans, my husband has already had to fix this twice because they used the shortest screws known to man. We also had to fix the uplighting they did because they buried it so shallowly. They also chose plants that are doing terrible in the Charlotte sun (of course they won't replace). We have dug out so many of these plants and replaced them on our own. So disappointing. All in all - terrible experience and we are still fixing the mess that we paid thousands for. Go find people that actually care about quality work.
