This studio has been my first experience with pilates & I have loved it so far! The class sizes are small with 1-4 people per class. This gives the instructors a lot of opportunities to give 1 on1 feedback and to tailor the workouts based on your level. Regina is one of the instructors I’ve worked with the most & she does a really good job at this! I can tell I’ve made a lot of progress with her. Regina frequently asks for our feedback, what we want to work on more and constantly changes up her classes so you never get bored. I always look to see when she’s on the schedule & book with her when I can 🙂

Regina is a very knowledgeable instructor. She provides clear and concise instructions. She is able to tailor the class and exercises to the specific needs and abilities of the individuals in the session. So when I'm up for a more challenging work out she offers alternatives or additional moves. I would highly recommend attending one of her classes.
